About

About the counselors...

Whether you are going through a transition period or feeling stuck in the same old destructive patterns, therapy may be the place for you. HCCS is committed to helping our clients find their strength and inner calm while providing practical, hands-on coping skills. Outcomes may include increasing emotional resilience, healing trauma, reducing or eliminating substance use, building connection, processing grief, clearing blocks to reaching goals or career advancement, and promoting healthy relationships. +Ashley Hebert is an EMDR-trained Licensed Professional Counselor. She specializes in anxiety disorders and supervision of other counselors. Ashley is passionate about collaborating with individuals from a variety of ages and stages to improve life satisfaction and overall well-being. She helps them to find practical solutions for overcoming life’s problems using collaboration. Ashley uses an integrative approach aimed at finding what works best for each individual. This primarily includes using evidenced based techniques that have shown to be effective for promoting strong mental health, as well as using humor and play (because we all need a chance to laugh and have fun). "My ultimate goal is to help you create the life you want to live and move from surviving to thriving! I can’t wait to help you get started down the road to recovery!" - Ashley Hebert Insurance accepted: Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, and Optum Telehealth or In-Person Self-pay rate: $150 for a 50 minute session +Adriane Miles is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She was born and raised in California and is EMDR-trained. She specializes in treating clients with trauma / PTSD. She is passionate about helping clients process major life events and reducing the long-term negative effects of trauma. Adriane uses an individual approach, with the belief that no one is the same, each person has different needs, wants and outcomes. Therapy is not "one size fits all." Building a therapeutic relationship and establishing rapport is essential in the early stages and maintaining that relationship during each session keeps the process moving forward in a positive, productive way. I look forward to helping you along your journey of healing. As Taylor Swift says in "Anti-Hero", "pierced through the heart but never killed." Adriane received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching her favorite show The Golden Girls and spending time with her husband and daughter. Insurance Accepted: BCBS Telehealth or In-Person Self-pay rate: $125 for a 50 minute session
